McKinsey Tensing, RN
McKinsey is a registered nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience, including emergency medicine, progressive care, and medical-surgical units. As a military spouse, she has had the opportunity to live and work across the country, including North Dakota, Florida, Massachusetts, South Carolina, and Colorado—experiences that have shaped her adaptability, compassion, and patient-centered approach to care. Her diverse background has laid a strong foundation in patient safety, critical thinking, and compassionate care.
She believes aesthetic treatments should enhance natural beauty while supporting overall health and well-being. McKinsey is passionate about creating personalized, long-term treatment plans that help patients achieve subtle, natural-looking results. She takes pride in educating her patients throughout their aesthetic journey, empowering them to make informed decisions and feel confident in their care.
Committed to safety and excellence, McKinsey regularly participates in advanced trainings and industry forums to stay current with the latest techniques and innovations in aesthetic medicine. She finds great fulfillment in helping patients look and feel their best through a thoughtful, individualized approach.
Outside of the clinic, McKinsey enjoys exploring Colorado’s mountain trails, traveling, cooking, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her husband, baby, and two dogs.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Emma Foraker, MD
Dr. Emma Foraker is an Internal Medicine physician and experienced aesthetic injector, known for her hands-on approach, advanced training, and commitment to supporting providers with meaningful clinical guidance.
Dr. Foraker began her journey in aesthetic medicine in 2021 following completion of her internal medicine residency. She pursued multiple advanced training opportunities, including an intensive 40-hour program alongside a family medicine colleague who owned a med spa, building a strong foundation in both technique and patient care.
In 2022, she opened her own home-based aesthetic clinic while continuing her work in internal medicine. She later joined Northpoint Aesthetics in 2025, where she continues to inject and teach aesthetic courses. Her clinical expertise includes Sculptra, thread lifts, dermal fillers, Botox, PRP for both aesthetics and joint pain, and sclerotherapy for spider veins, with a focus on natural, regenerative, and long-term results.
As a medical director, Dr. Foraker is deeply committed to providing hands-on support, mentorship, and real clinical value. She partners with providers who are seeking more than oversight, offering training, collaboration, and guidance to help elevate both clinical outcomes and practice success.
